- Okay, and welcome back, hoping you spent a little bit of time with this last exercise. It is a good review for the exam, because it demands that you start seeing relationships among the processes. We'll talk about the exam in the next, in the next video, but let's talk about this exercise. You've been successful selling sandwiches, and now you have a request to change your services, to actually change your service catalog, when you think about it, moving from sandwiches, and now we're selling hot pizza by the slice. So, we've asked you specifically, within three or four processes, and maybe some other says you review this scenario, to think about what needs to change. And we've asked you to focus very clearly on process. Now, as you've done this work, we've asked you to list out roles, what are they gonna interface with, and then what's their responsibility?
