Welcome to the second part of the service delivery process discussion. In the previous module or the previous video, we looked at service level management, service reporting and then service continuity and availability management. In this module, we'll finish up the final three processes within service delivery, and so we'll look at budgeting and accounting for IT services, capacity management and then we'll conclude with the discussion around information security management. At the end of this process, we are going to have an exercise and again, I'm going to encourage you to take the time to complete the exercise and learn from it a little bit to make sure that you have a good understanding of the concepts that are around the exercise, and we'll talk to you about that when we get there.
