- [Narrator] The miracle of the widescreen monitor allows you to view two documents at once as shown here. The key to quickly arranging these documents is to know and use some windows logo key shortcuts. Let me minimize one of the windows. Press the windows and left arrow key to set the current window off to the left side of the monitor as big as it can grow. Any other windows appear as thumbnails on the right and to make one of them fill the right side of the screen, choose it. Now I'll minimize this window again and with the left window active, press the windows and right arrow key to restore the window to its previous position and then again to shove it off to the right side of the screen and then choose the other window to maximize it to that side of the screen. With two or more windows open, if you prefer to focus on one window at a time, press the windows and home keyboard combination. This minimizes all other…
