The CCC model levers layer
- [Instructor] Force field analysis is a general approach to identifying things you could do to improve where you stand relative to an indicator of capability. It helps you identify obstacles to remove or reduce, enablers you can add or amplify. Another approach to closing gaps is to adapt and adopt a best practice. Once you've identified some improvements, there are two ways to apply them. The first is to make improvements in agile sprints, the second, is to practice or drill on a key moment of truth like a press conference. Force field analysis is great because of its simplicity. With it you can brainstorm out a list of things you could do to remove and reduce barriers and add an amplifier enables for anything, and in the case of critical communications, the target would be an indicator or a set of indicators.
