COVID Tracking Project
- [Instructor] COVID Tracking Project is a volunteer organization launched from The Atlantic that's dedicated to collecting and publishing data that is used to understand the COVID-19 outbreak in the US. In particular, this project has gained recognition for providing data on number of tests, cases, hospitalization, and patient outcomes from every US state and territory. A good place to start in terms of looking for data would be the Our Data section on top. You can see from the drop-down that there is several different sections. The easiest way to get the data immediately would be to select Download the Data, assuming that you want to download the CSV files. In the Data API section of the website, information is provided about the API endpoint that can be used to access the same information as as presented in the CSV files.
