So think about everything we've talked about in the course so far, for example, one of LinkedIn's core values is members first. And this means thinking about when you create a system, how it affects people and what's been done from their point of view, this type of thinking helps you get out of the building and think about exactly how your decisions are impacting people at the end of the day.
