Common VPN error codes and how to fix them

- [Narrator] At some point, you're going to need to troubleshoot your VPN connections from clients to firewalls or servers that are acting as the VPN hosts. The first one would be error code 800 and this is typically an invalid name or address to the VPN server, so you'll need to correct that. Also, sometimes you'll see that when some network firewalls block the VPN traffic, the device will loose the connection to the local network. The possible solution for error code 609 is a built in diagnostic with repair that's provided in Windows, provided you're using the Windows VPN option. When you click the diagnostic button, which is shown on the error page of the VPN connection, it gives a repair option, which will try to fix the issue automatically.
