- It's really cool these days that we have the technology to be able to work remote whenever we want, for the most part, for most jobs, but it definitely does come with a lot of challenges. I've been in the position where I'm in one state and the rest of my team is working in an office together in another state. And it does kind of make you feel left out at times because you think, oh everyone there is in the office and they get to do these cool things and I'm just working from my bedroom, or from my home office. I think one really great way to navigate that is by doing video calls instead of just phone calls. With the technology that we have today, doing a video call or a video meeting, it's almost as good as being in person. And you can screen share to be able to show each other what you're working on. Of course it's still not as great as being in person, but it's a really good option. So doing video calling I think…
