- So when you're working on a project, I think working on a team and having communication skills, is probably the most important thing, you need to be able to do. Because it's just as important, as important to be really good at something, as it is to recognize that there's something that someone can do better than you. Or that someone else should be doing instead of you. So you really have to know not only your strengths, but your team strengths, to kind of figure out, where everyone can be the most effective in their job. And if you try to do an entire project all by yourself, you might get something that works in the end, but then, you know, when you finish, maybe you talk to someone else on your team. And they're like, "Oh, well, I just did a similar project. And we use this, way more advanced technology and it runs 80% faster than yours" Well, that's the case why you probably should have worked with your team, instead…
