I guess what I'm saying is data science isn't just for capitalists. In this course, we'll dive into altruistic uses for your data science skills. We'll talk about what good could mean and how we go about applying those definitions. We'll also look at ways to think about these projects and global sources to get connected with others. My name is Martin Kemka and I've worked as an analyst for over 15 years working on developing automated decision systems for different organizations around the world. For the past few years, when I'm not working on commercial projects, I donate my time across a variety of data-driven social projects and I've had some success with bringing these ideas to life. I've seen the challenges of working in a space with limited resources and new technology and want to make sure that you avoid some of the pitfalls. Using your skills for good is super rewarding. So if you've been looking to do some good with your data science experience join me in this LinkedIn Learning course as we start thinking about how to introduce new methods to impactful projects.
