- [Instructor] Data discovery and classification using labels will facilitate how resources are allocated when it comes to protecting sensitive data assets. Public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, provide tools like Amazon Macie, which can automate data classification. And data classification is important so we know what type of sensitive data that we might have in this case running in the AWS cloud. So to get started here in the AWS Management Console, I'm going to go ahead and take a look at an existing S3 bucket. S3, the simple storage service is where we can store data in the AWS cloud. So, I'm going to click on S3 to get a list of buckets. Now, when I look at my list of buckets I've got one here called projects-east-yhz, and if I click to open that up, we have a number of files. There's a customer transactions Excel spreadsheet, I've got a projects folder that I've already uploaded some simple data into. So…
