- [Instructor] Example use cases. Let's introduce our case study organization for this course, Binaryville. They even have a website you can check out. Binaryville provides different types of merchandise and is exploring new ways to understand their customers. Since they're robots, surely they can think of a machine learning way to solve this problem, because I guess they're all machines and they're all learning and they're all trying to better understand their customers. So, they're thinking about a few different ways to apply AI. And here are some of the ideas they've had. How can they choose the best customers to contact? How can they customize the content they send to customers? How can they make sure they're setting the right payment terms for customers? They also have a lot of Facebook data, including photos of some of their customers and reviews. How can they best use this data to improve their service? As we go along…
