Front-end mock-ups for changes

- [Narrator] In this video, we are going to go over how to mock-up proposed changes to a front-end using PowerPoint. Remember, we are pretending to work as a manager of a manuscript submission portal for a scientific journal, and our boss tasked us with improving the functionality. He called it a clumsy user front-end. In the last lesson, we started by documenting what data fields were represented on the entry screen to the portal where the user types in the name of the article and enters what type of article they are submitting. And, there are a few other fields on that page. One big errand we have not done yet is figure out which of those fields we documented on the entry page, actually are categorical variables. We will need to document all levels of them to ensure that the user can actually pick any level of them when we are done with our front-end upgrade.
