- You know, it seems like a blanket saying that really it's on the job experiences where you get, you know, the best and highest quality experience. So that's really where you learn how to do things. And, you know, just speaking to my consulting background, I was often, you know, as I transitioned to a manager, I was often involved in training various analysts, more entry-level analysts, just out of undergraduate and also consultants as well. So, you know, when they transitioned from their entry level position to, you know, a higher level position. And really you get a lot of exposure and experience by working with, you know, a manager. You may not necessarily call that individual mentor, but really, they function in that mentorship role in terms of understanding, you know, how to import data, how to process data, how to analyze data, and how to make sense of it.
