- When I work with my data scientists, I really try to frame the problem for them to understand what they're going to have to chase after. So that means really kind of understanding the domain, the specifics of the customer requirements, and then kind of telling them, guide, giving them guidance and sort of, well, this is going to be the right kind of data and that's going to be the wrong kind of data, because they don't have all the kind of background and knowledge that they need to make a good data set and a good benchmark. But the merging of our skill sets, a data scientist who knows what is a good data set and a good, good so on, with kind of more of a domain knowledge person, like a system engineer, is a good pairing.
