Let's start with license cancellation. When I say license cancellation, I'm not talking about customer licenses. CSSOPs don't own the relationship with the customers and it's best to let your accounting team handle those conversations. I'm talking about licenses for any as a service components that you build into your app. If you're leveraging APIs from connected platforms or if you're leveraging solutions from your infrastructure as a service providers, chances are there's a cost associated with those services.
