- I measure success, actually, by how much we can improve efficiency and kind of prove ROI on data analytics-related projects. So one way, a lot of times, actually, data analytics is the way that you measure success because you're looking at KPIs, key performance indicators, or you're looking at ROI and different statistics that tell you have we increased efficiency?
