- My name is Louis Tremblay, I'm a senior system engineer at FLIR, and I work with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, CNN engineers, and just regular old developers. So as a system engineer, I'm constantly faced with project management and time management challenges. And so, one of the number one things that I think and try to define as quickly as possible is when's that MVP, minimum viable product required. Once I had that date, that can start flowing down all the other team members that I need to organize and surround by.
