- [Narrator] Now that you've started towards CCPA compliance, you'll want to understand the next steps you should prioritize. There are three primary areas to consider. First, you'll want to establish a way for consumers to make requests. This will entail a toll-free telephone number, a form on your website, or another method for consumers to be able to reach your organization. As a tip, if you don't want to create this capability within your organization, there are a multitude of service providers that will help your business set this up. It is their expertise, and while it may incur a cost, the total cost of ownership could be lower than trying to build it out yourself.
