- [Instructor] In this module, we'll be going deep in each of the resource areas of the CCC model. We will learn in this module some top line best practices and approaches to building capabilities so you can be in a desired state. As you review each of the definitions of the resource areas, keep in mind that while we analyze these areas separately, like the phases, there's always clear overlap. People will always be instrumental in getting things done but they need clear processes, accurate information, and the right technology to succeed. Processes are only as good as the people executing and information can best be shared with the right processes and technology. Here we see the four field analysis of the people resources.
