Here are some things you should do to prepare for a road trip with your laptop. First, of course, charge the battery, login the laptop the night before or any time you can give the laptop a good charge. And if you forget, we'll look for electrical outlets on the road. Most locations today, coffee houses, airports, and conference rooms have electrical outlets, but don't chance it charged before you leave. Also, check for Windows updates.
