Be aware of unexpected, urgent email from your bank or other important agency. Do not open unknown attachments to such email or click a link to visit a site. If you're concerned about a phony email message, visit the site directly; do not click the link. If you suspect a phishing email, delete it. Its' rare that urgent messages from your bank or other important agencies arrive via email. Always be on guard.
