Running Windows Defender

Running Windows Defender: Help Yourself: Tech Tips Weekly
Running Windows Defender: Help Yourself: Tech Tips Weekly

The Windows Defender suite of security tools helps keep your computer safe from online threats and malware. Ensure that Windows Defender is activated on your Windows 10 PC. If you suspect an attack or malware, run the Windows Defender scan to check for any infected files. If an infected file is found, it's quarantined for later deletion or recovering if the threat proves to be a false positive. Windows Defender notifies you of security concerns by generating a taskbar notification.
