- [Instructor] Decision design. Getting a model into production is challenging enough, but it's only the beginning. It's also in a long-forgotten stage after the decision part takes over. Well, perhaps not forgotten, but more of a mystical stage where the creative steps that were taken now need to be managed in the real world. A simple description would be a number of doors to choose from, or a number of different paths that need to be taken with the model. If the creation process is a winding road, the decision process is like infinite roads, many different ways to use the newly casted tools. Again, it starts with purpose. The first stage is to review exactly what was the need of the model originally. The cost of decision then needs to also be continually reviewed.
