- [Instructor] When working with data, it's important to keep in mind that data is only usable if it can be processed. Extracting insights from large data sets requires technology. And so if our technology is not up to date or has operational issues, it can directly impact whether or not we can use the data that is being processed. Of course, data that is not processed within a recent amount of time can also lose value. So making sure that we get data in a timely fashion is very important for being able to use it in a meaningful way. Of course, usability is also impacted by other factors as well. For instance, although we can access data and information that does not necessarily mean that we can use that as we see fit.
