- Hi, my name's Sam Cvetkovski. I'm the Manager of Data Science at Mindbody. So as a manager of data scientists, it's predominantly, I would say my role is guiding the team on their projects. And so what that is is working with our business partners and understanding what problems they have and what data we can analyze and build models off of to help them with their jobs. And so what I'm doing is taking those business problems, working with my team to figure out the best way to answer those, having them go off and do more of the technical analytics work and then reviewing with them and guiding them to different possible solutions. And then from there, it's really taking that information and helping translate that back to the business and figuring out how do we implement this and then how do we build recommendations off of the work we've done.
