- A way that I manage my time and everything that I need to do, I'm a huge fan of to-do lists. I always keep two different two-do lists. And one is things I need to do right away and one is things I need to do at some point. And it's really easy to push those things off if it's not urgent or pressing or something really important. But it's really making sure you're aware of everything that you need to do and that you're aware of how much time you have to do it all. And then if you kind of, I like to have that visualized in front of me. That way I know, all right, I have eight things to do today. That means I can spend one hour per thing. Or this is going to take twice as long. I like to just be aware of everything that I need to do, have it written down so I don't forget about it, because the other thing is if you get pulled onto a call you weren't expecting or a meeting, you might promise five things on the call.
