- [Instructor] As you work into the night, the blue light emitted from the computer screen can adversely affect your sleep schedule. To combat this issue, employ the Windows 10 Night Light feature. Right-click on a blank part of the desktop and choose Display Settings. Switch the Night Light master control to On to activate this feature. Now, nothing may change right away, because, well, surprise, Night Light works best at night, where it can affect your sleep. So choose Night Light Settings. If the screen didn't change, click the Turn On Now button to get a preview of what's going to happen, and the screen warms up. It changes to a yellow shade. The warmer, yellow light is amplified, which is better for you as you use a laptop or desktop computer into the wee hours, and I know you do. You can configure Night Light to activate automatically at specific hours, or based on the sunset sunrise hours for your region. By…
