- [Instructor] I'm in a Windows 2019 server. Although, you can open up these tools I'm about to show you in the workstation operating system such as Windows 10 as well. And I'm going to right click on the Start button, and I'm going to choose Search, and I'm going to type in CMD, short for command, and instead of left clicking and opening it, what you want to do is right click on it, and choose to Run as an administrator. Now, if you're not an administrator, you're going to get a pop-up that asks you to log in with your username and password. I'm going to change directory back to the root, and clear the screen, and then type in ipconfig. And this is the command that tells us, of course, what IP address information we have. But I also like to use some switches. And a switch is going to be either a dash, or a forward slash. They both do the same thing. So if I type in /all, for instance, then it not only shows me the…
