- [Instructor] Merrily you march to the printer to fetch your freshly-printed document, and lo, you find an extra blank page printed. Now, I'll zoom out on this document window so you can see what I'm talking about. And way down at the bottom, there is an extra blank page. Rather than incur the wrath of the office busybody in charge of not wasting resources, you consign the blank page to the recycling bin, or if you're quick, you can reinsert it into the printer's paper tray before you get caught again. To avoid this situation in the first place, quickly check your document for a trailing blank page, which happens frequently, especially for those documents you've edited heavily. Now I'm going to zoom back to 100%, and I'm going to press the Control + end keyboard shortcut to zoom to the very bottom of the document. Now look at the page indicator on the status bar.
