The aftermath phase

- [Instructor] Now we move to the aftermath phase. This is the phase where you learn what happened, explained to key audiences, continue to minimize the impact and damage and take your learnings and apply back to the standing phase. Once again, remember that these phases are liminal and there may be some overlap particularly between the response and the aftermath phases where you continue to respond to communicate to some audiences while other audiences you're beginning to communicate the why and the how of what happened. Here are some of the factors that add to and attract from performance in our force field analysis of the aftermath phase. Here we have our indicators for success aligned with each of the four resource areas for the aftermath phase.
