- The structure of my team at my current role is kind of interesting because we have a lot of folks who work with data across the organization on separate teams. And we have to make an effort to come together and make sure that we're working together and working collaboratively in order to not do extra work and ensure that there's good protocols and methodologies in place. So it's really important in my role to be able to reach across different teams and gather input from other data folks at the organization. And that can be difficult to do when there's not structures set up to do that automatically. Like for example, if you had one team of folks doing data analysis. So it's really important to be able to do that. And also to know when you need help, when you need the support of other people at your organization, either to answer a question or to help you spot check a result, it's really important to be able to ask for help…
