Cascading goals

- Since we have different levels of plans within our organizations, it becomes necessary to ensure that we link these plans and the goals that they're trying to achieve together into a cohesive, synchronized, and executable plan. To ensure this happens, we use cascading goals. Cascading goals are going to ensure that your organization's strategy, tactics, and operations are all properly aligned and allows for the reporting of accomplishments up through these feedback loops. Now, by doing this, we're going to end up setting up goals. At each of our goals can be an objective, a target, a success factor, or something else, depending on your context. Now, whatever that goal is, that's what we're working towards. Then we have to look at our purpose. Now, our purpose is, why are we doing this in the first place?
