What you should know

- This course is designed for students who already have some experience with IT service management or the ITIL framework. Or you're probably going to find it easier to complete this course if you already have the ITIL 4 Foundation certification or have a technology background, that is not a requirement for this course. If you don't have previous experience with ITIL, I encourage you to experiment with each of these models and techniques that I'm going to describe throughout this course to see which one will best fit your organization. While there is no substitute for a hands-on experience with ITIL, you can still learn a lot from this course as you begin to see the big picture of why measures and metrics are so important to your organization. If you're already an ITIL certified professional with some work experience under your belt, this course can help fill in any gaps in your knowledge and help you to build a solid foundation as you prepare to measure and assess your organization using the models, methodologies, and techniques presented in this course.
