- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to resolve a very common problem that you're very likely to encounter when opening files created in the past. And that is the missing fonts warning. And so the idea is this, for years and years now Adobe has been supplying a handful of fonts for free to members of the Creative Cloud among them the Sera font minion and the San Saraf myriad. These fonts are still available along with literally thousands upon thousands of others but now you have to activate them selectively using Adobe's font service which is known very simply as Adobe fonts. And I noticed that this document contains some texts. And if I double click inside of it you can see over here in the properties panel that the font is set to source Sarif variable which is built in to the most recent version of illustrator.
