Assigning a copyright

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to add a copyright statement to your document that will be saved along with your screen image. So, that way if somebody is savvy enough to find that information, they at least know where your artwork comes from. And, so the first step is to go up to the file menu and choose the file info command in order to bring up the big old file info dialogue box. Now, you want to make sure basic is selected here in the left-hand list, and then, you can drop down here to the copyright notice. Now you can enter a copyright character on the Mac just by pressing option g, as in George. Here on the PC, it's a little more difficult. You have to have a numeric keypad for one thing, and then you press and hold the alt key, and dial in 0169 sequentially, and then you release the alt key, and you end up with a copyright symbol.
