- [Instructor] Illustrator has a couple of automatic selection tools or semi-automatic selection tools that it's worth knowing about. The first is the magic wand tool, which you get to by tapping Y on the keyboard or of course, choosing it from here in the toolbox. Now, it does have a little bit in common with the magic wand from Photoshop in that it is based on tolerances. So what I'm going to go and do is click on any one of the blue shapes here. And you'll notice that some other blue shapes become selected. Actually, I think, in this particular case, it's all of them. Try the same with the yellow shapes. Yeah, and it's doing all of those and the orange shapes and the magenta shapes as well. Yeah, pretty much the whole thing. So how do I know that it's doing that?
