Connect and straighten paths

- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to straighten and connect paths with Astute Graphics' SubScribe. From the tools panel, I'll click and hold on the Connect Tool, and mouse over to the handle on the right side of the pop-up and release. So these three tools are now in a floating panel. And with the Connect Tool, all I have to do is move my mouse over the end of an open path, you can see the end point gets highlighted, and click, and then click on the point that I want to connect to. And by doing so, I can very quickly and neatly make some interesting shapes. You can also hold the Option key on Mac or Alt on Windows to connect in a perpendicular manner, so instead of making smooth points, you'll get reverse curves. Now, I have some paths that are a little bit crooked, down here. If I want to make them perfectly horizontal and vertical, I can take the Straighten Tool, mouse over one of the paths, and I see a preview of…
