- [Instructor] As well as using radio repeat to create some beautiful abstract patterns, we can also use it for a more utilitarian purpose. I'll start with my type tool, double click to select that, replace it with the number 12. We'll scale that up a little bit. We'll make it centered and I'll also reduce the letter spacing. Now I'll come to radio repeat, and I want 12, not surprisingly. I'm going to scale this from its center point, so I'll move to the outer ring of my touch modifier and scale it up. There's going to be a bit of back and forth here to get this just at the right size and position. I'll double click into the radio repeat to select the piece of type that it is made from. In the previous example you saw me convert the type to outlines, that's not only not necessary here, but not desirable, we want to retain this as type.
