(logo whooshing) - [Instructor] Welcome to Drawing Vector Graphics Laboratory. I was asked a question recently that I want to address in this movie. The question was this, how do you know what level of detail to add to your designs? Well, knowing what detail to add depends on the type of project you're working on. And illustration in general is going to have far more detail than a logo graphic for example. So in this movie we'll address the latter and demonstrate how to create a graphic motif and then add simple detailing to improve the overall design without complicating its iconic flare. So let's get started. In this case, the project I'm working on has the theme of a rhino. This was going to be a brand mark and this is where I started just out of thin air, out of my head.
