- [Illustrator] Our next project will be to create this graphic effect right here. And it's almost entirely dynamic, meaning that Illustrator is doing a lot of heavy lifting for me. And so notice if I go up to the view menu and choose the outline command, which hides the fills and strokes, as well as any other appearance attributes, including dynamic effects, then I'm seeing just the base path outlines, which include a big circle as well as these fairly basic paths right here. Everything else is fills, strokes and dynamic effects. All right, so I'll return to the view menu and choose the preview command. So we can see this white dotted outline, that includes exactly 36 circles. And let me show you how to create one of those. I'll go ahead and switch over to my basic wheel elements, and then I'll select this big circle like, so, and I'll go over to the properties panel and I'll click on the word stroke in order to…
