(intensifying swoosh) - [Instructor] Welcome to Drawing Vector Graphics Laboratory. We're going to answer another viewer specific question in this movie. Now this question had to do with distorting typefaces and the person asked this question. I see design that angles type. How do you do that without degrading or distorting the typeface? So in this movie I'm going to demonstrate how you can use the Sheer Tool to achieve precise distortion without degrading the intended aesthetic of a given font. Let me walk you through that now. So the font we're going to use is called Anton Regular, it's a Google font. You can download it at Google Fonts online if you want to try this on your own. It's also in the exercise files for this specific DVG Lab movie.
