Creating very large artwork

- [Instructor] One of the great things about the most recent version of Adobe illustrator is that it allows you create very large artwork, frankly enormous in scale, as you're about to see. And so notice this dark gray area around the white art boards that is known as the pace board inside in most applications. And that's because you can actually move objects that you don't want inside your artwork off to the pasteboard as opposed to deleting them. But this pace board which Adobe also calls the canvas is ultimately finite in size. And so notice this zoom value down here in the bottom left corner of the screen I'm going to change it to just 5% like so and press the enter key or the return key on the Mac and notice this dark gray canvas, if you will that is your working space.
