Dialing in custom variable styles

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to dial in your own custom variable font settings which is going to allow us to get a ton of work done. So notice that my text block is selected with the black arrow tool at which point I'm going to sort of set the stage here by bringing up the character panel and then I'm going to set my text to all caps like so and I did make a little bit of a mistake on the first and second lines. I reversed their type size values. So I'm going to double-click and that first line of type to automatically switch over to the type tool and position my blinking insertion marker. I want this first line of type to be set to a type size of 54 points so I'll scroll that type size value up. And then I'll triple click in the second line of type and I'll scroll it down to 52 points. All right. That still doesn't fix the problem. We have the two Cs very far apart from each other on the second line.…
