Draw beautiful curves with the Curvature Pen tool
- [Instructor] Let's now design the trunk of the palm tree. Start by selecting the curvature pen tool from the toolbar. It is located just under the pen tool. The curvature pen tool will help you convert any segment into a curve. Click once to create a first anchor point, then click again to create a mid point, and then a third time to create your first curved path. When done, press the Escape key to break your path. You can edit your curve at any time by heading to the mid point and click once on it to select it. Then drag it on either side to modify the curve, just like so. When done, press the Escape key to release your curve. You can also use the curvature pen tool to add anchor points and curves into any other segment that you have previously created.
