- [Instructor] Here's how to create a simple drop shadow. There's no feature per se, but that doesn't stop us using the old school technique of selecting the type, duplicating the type, off-centering the copy, coming and changing its fill color to a different color, I'm going to use black. And now I'll adjust its position in the stacking order, so it's behind the original. As a refinement to this, I can also add a stroke around the shadow. I'll add a black stroke and then come to the Properties panel and increase the weight of that stroke.
