Editing a dynamic effect

- [Instructor] All right, now let's say you want to edit a drop shadow or any other dynamic effect, well, it works a little differently than you might expect. And so upon reflection it seems to me that that very first drop shadow, the one that I assigned to the wood grain, is way too big and opaque, and it's black as well. So, I'll go ahead and click on that object in order to select it. And so you might expect that you would go to the effects menu, choose stylize, and once again choose drop shadow. But if you do that, then Illustrator's going to bring up an alert message, which is asking you if you really want to apply another instance of this effect. In other words, do you want to apply another drop shadow. Well, if you do and you very well might, then you would click on apply new effect, and that would once again bring up that drop shadow dialogue box.
