To get inside a logo project and to drill down to possible solutions, I like to work with the type. Continuing my exploration, here are some additional lines of inquiry. So, using this as our control, I have automatic kerning and no tracking. So, firstly, I'm going to look at how. Tightening up the tracking. It's going to affect the appearance. So we're going tighter by a modest amount here, minus 25. Now to minus 50, and that creates this interesting interaction between the N, the T, and the E. And then going really tight, we end up with this kind of result. Now even though some results may look terrible, and this being the case in point, it's worth taking just a few moments to try them out. Just so you know with confidence that you've explored that particular direction. So if we're going to see how tight tracking affects things, then we should do the opposite.
