- [Narrator] Illustrator makes it easy to export assets from a file for use in projects for the web or for mobile devices. And in this movie, we'll look at the process of exporting assets In our file, we have one art board containing several colorful fish. And each fish is a named group, To export the fish, And the dialogue box here has two tabs. The first one is for exporting art boards as assets. And I choose which art boards to export, to open the asset export panel. and where it's located in the essentials classic workspace. It's right here. Now there are a couple ways I can tell illustrator export as separate assets. I can select my yellow fish, and drag it into the panel. And the asset name comes from the group name. If I hadn't named the group, then I'd just get a generic name here. is to select them, or multiple assets.
