Exporting an ASE

- [Instructor] Sometimes, you may need to send out a swatch library to somebody who perhaps isn't on Creative Cloud, and that's really simple to do and I'll show you, here, how you can send an ASE, that's Adobe Swatch Exchange, file out. Now, just as a point to note, if you're sending it to somebody who's using Photoshop, gradient swatches won't work. They're a different model of gradient. But if solid colors, you'll be fine. So what I tend to do if I've got color groups in and a bunch of other things is, first of all, go and choose Select All Unused. That way, you can determine which of these unused colors you would want to keep. If you don't want to keep them, just remove them to pare the library down. And indeed, this color group, just here, doesn't need to be there 'cause it's the same black as the one above, so I'll get rid of that. Once you've done it, all you need to do is go to the fly out for the swatches…
